Jobtailor is seeking a Software Incident Analyst to join our Montpellier team. You will investigate production incidents, reproduce issues, and work with engineers to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

You will coordinate with internal teams, propose configuration changes, and create bug reports to drive continuous improvement and system reliability. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in incident management and strong TS/JS/Node.js/PostgreSQL skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in software development or computer science.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and detail-oriented.
• Strong interest in tracking down bugs and preventing recurrence.

Responsabilités

• Investigate incident tickets submitted by internal teams.
• Reproduce issues and identify root causes (functional, technical, data-related, etc.).
• Recommend application configuration adjustments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by creating bug reports.
• Detect and manage software incidents in production in real time.
• Identify causes of malfunctions and implement solutions with technical teams.
