Job Description

Reporting to the Production Manager, your mission will be to ensure the implementation and execution of production processes in terms of quality, quantity, deadlines, and costs. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

• Apply and enforce the Zero Impact HSE philosophy
• Integrate equipment safety into processes and ensure compliance by personnel
• Participate in safety validation of new processes

Production Management

• Ensure the proper functioning of production processes
• Monitor and optimize production parameters to guarantee product quality, safety, and cycle time compliance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
• Analyze production data and write technical reports
• Participate in production meetings

Team Management & Development

• Supervise production batches and ensure compliance with procedures
• In collaboration with support services, train and supervise production operators on manufacturing processes
• Use continuous improvement tools to resolve process issues
• Contribute to the implementation of new projects

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Promote LEAN / Six Sigma approaches to improve productivity and efficiency
• Deploy best operational practices in cost control and process optimization
• Collaborate with support services (maintenance, quality, logistics, planning) to analyze malfunctions and resolve issues

Profile

• Ideally, you hold a degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Process Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Production
• A first experience in a Seveso-classified chemical industry would be a plus
• You effectively apply 5S and other continuous improvement principles and methodologies
• You have strong skills in operational data analysis, problem-solving, and a keen interest in the industrial sector
• You demonstrate responsiveness in the face of any deviation related to safety, quality, operations, hygiene, or the environment
• You are curious and capable of analyzing anomalies
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach depending on the situation
• You are able to work independently with guidance and meet deadlines. We are looking for a profile that is rigorous and respects procedures
