One of Us is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support visual effects delivery. You will work closely with the VFX Producer and Line Producer to manage schedules, priorities and briefing notes, ensuring smooth workflow through the pipeline.

The ideal candidate has strong organisational and communication skills, with experience coordinating artists and supervisors during rounds and daily briefs, and a proactive approach to tracking progress and dependencies.

Responsabilités

• Receiving weekly targets as set by the Line Producer and VFX Producer.
• Arranging, attending and managing briefing meetings and turnovers with VFX Supervisors and artists; ensuring that all briefing notes are shared.
• Ensuring that artists have clarity on their schedules.
• Accompanying supervisors and leads during daily Rounds and ensuring clear communication of feedback, updated briefs and schedule dependencies.
• Monitoring artist activity and feeding back on progress to the Line Producer or Producer.

Production Coordinators at One of Us arecentral to visual effects project management. Working closely with the VFX Producer and Line Producer, they assist artists and help work move through the pipeline. In implementing the project's task schedules and targets, they play a key role in the successful delivery of the project.

We areseeking an experienced, enthusiastic and diligent Production Coordinator with post production industry experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
