One of Us is seeking an experienced VFX Supervisor to own the creative and technical delivery of visual effects from concept to completion for live-action features and series across our Paris and London studios.

You will lead CG, 2D, and animation teams, manage timelines and budgets with the VFX Producer, and ensure consistency of quality across multi-site workloads. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a VFX Supervisor in a vendor/facility environment with external clients.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional VFX work and a clear creative vision.
• Expert knowledge of core VFX software – Nuke, Maya, Houdini – and production tracking tools.
• Excellent project management: able to lead multiple teams in parallel and communicate ideas.

Responsabilités

• Creative leadership: set and protect the creative vision for the show end to end and review all deliverables.
• Client relationship: be the face of One of Us to the client and relay decisions to the team.
• Delivery & production: plan timelines, budgets and resources with the VFX Producer to land on time and on budget.
• Distributed & multi-site work: coordinate work across Paris, London, Chennai and Bangalore with a single standard.
• Pipeline & technical direction: ensure adherence to the established VFX pipeline and stay current with tools.
• Team & mentoring: lead and develop the VFX team and foster a collaborative environment.
• New business (occasional): support bidding and methodology development on new projects.
