Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The role involves utilizing their skills to produce high-quality sound content across all formats on Pocket FM. The candidate will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound designs and optimize production quality, creating immersive audio content. The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook. Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, and leading all aspects of audio production including scheduling, recording, mixing, and publication. A background in audio work is a bonus. The ideal candidate is passionate about audio production, innovative, and eager to create hit shows. The position is remote within France, with a 6-month contract.
