Qualifications

• 8+ années d'expérience en production audio, TV ou contenu.
• Fluente en français (natif) et anglais (courant) requise.
• Expérience en audio est un plus.

Responsabilités

• Gérer le planning de production pour de nouvelles émissions.
• Surveiller les sessions d'enregistrement et la post-production.
• Diriger et soutenir une équipe de producteurs.

Job Description:

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role involves partnering with voice over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. You will engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive experience.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook. Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention across all stages.

Responsibilities include managing the production schedule for new shows, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, post-production, sound design, and final output. You should have 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or related fields. Fluency in French (native) and English (fluent) is required; audio work experience is a plus. The role is remote, based anywhere in France, on a 6-month contract.
