Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The role involves utilizing their skills to produce high-quality sound content across all formats on Pocket FM.

You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios both in-house and outsourced. Responsibilities include sound design, optimizing production quality, and creating immersive audio content. The successful candidate will have a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling, coupled with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook.

Key responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention. Manage the production schedule for new shows, oversee recording sessions, coordinate with sound engineers and post-production teams, and handle all aspects of audio production such as scheduling, recording, mixing, and publication of episodes.

Requirements include 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or related fields. Fluency in French (native) and English (fluent) is required. An audio work background is a bonus. The candidate should be passionate about audio production and innovative in creating hit shows. This is a remote position anywhere in France, on a 6-month contract.
