Le candidat idéal aura une vaste expérience dans le domaine, couplée à des compétences linguistiques en français et en anglais, pour maximiser l'impact et la qualité de la production. Vous serez responsable de la supervision et de l’optimisation des processus de production, tout en menant une équipe de créateurs talentueux pour lancer de nouveaux shows captivants.

Qualifications

• 8+ années d'expérience en production audio ou contenu.
• Locuteur natif français et fluide en anglais.
• Passionné par la production audio avec des idées innovantes.

Responsabilités

• Diriger et soutenir une équipe de producteurs et responsables de production audio.
• Gérer le calendrier de production et coordonner les sessions d'enregistrement.
• Concevoir le son et assurer la qualité finale des épisodes.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The goal is to utilize their skills to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios both in-house and outsourced to work on sound designs and optimize production quality for an immersive listening experience. The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with a curiosity for innovation and data to define the audio production strategy and playbook.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create engaging and high-quality shows that maximize listener retention across all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.)
• Managing the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions and coordinating with sound engineers and post-production teams
• Leading all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows
• Sound design, production processes, and final output quality

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of related experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming
• Native French speaker and fluent in English
• Background in audio work is a bonus
• Passionate and knowledgeable about audio production, with innovative ideas for creating hit shows

This position is remote within France and is a 6-month contract.
