Job Title: Production Manager - France

Job Description:

The Production Manager’s role involves partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. Responsibilities include engaging with internal teams and external talent, working on sound design, and optimizing production quality to create immersive audio experiences.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data to develop the audio production strategy. Leading a team of producers and audio leads, the role includes managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, and post-production processes to ensure high-quality output and listener engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support a team of producers and audio production leads.
2. Manage production schedules for new shows, including recording sessions and sound engineering.
3. Oversee all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, mixing, and publishing episodes.
4. Ensure sound design and production quality meet standards for immersive content.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external talent to optimize content quality.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production.
• Native French speaker & fluent in English.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating successful shows.

• Location: Anywhere in France (Remote work).
• Contract Duration: 6 months.
