Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design and optimize production quality to create immersive audio experiences. The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data to define the audio production strategy.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention. Manage the production schedule for new shows, oversee recording sessions, and coordinate with sound engineers and post-production teams. Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows. Ensure high-quality sound design and final output.

Requirements include over 8 years of experience in TV, content, or audio production, fluency in French (native) and English, and a passion for audio production and innovation. An audio work background is a plus. The role is remote within France, on a 6-month contract.
