Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The goal is to utilize their skills to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM.

The successful candidate will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios—both in-house and outsourced—to work on sound design, optimize production quality, and create immersive audio experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading and supporting a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention at all stages.
2. Managing the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions and coordinating with sound engineers and post-production teams.
3. Overseeing all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
4. Sound design, production processes, and ensuring the final output meets quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of relevant experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
2. Native proficiency in French and fluent in English.
3. Background in audio work is a bonus.
4. Passionate and innovative about audio production, with ideas for creating hit shows.

Location: Anywhere in France (Remote work)

Contract Duration: 6 months
