Qualifications

Responsabilités

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The role involves engaging with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios, both in-house and outsourced, to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive listening experience.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook. Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention at all stages, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, post-production, and final output.

Requirements include 8+ years of related experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming, fluency in French (native) and English, with a background in audio work being a bonus. The candidate should be passionate about audio production, innovative, and capable of creating hit shows. This is a 6-month remote contract based anywhere in France.
