Ce rôle est entièrement à distance, permettant de travailler avec les meilleurs talents en France pour produire un contenu sonore de haute qualité.

Responsabilités

• Diriger et soutenir une équipe de producteurs pour créer des spectacles engageants.
• Gérer le calendrier de production et coordonner les sessions d'enregistrement.
• Superviser tous les aspects de la production audio, de l'enregistrement à la publication.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with some of the best voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market where we are expanding our business. The goal is to utilize their skills to produce high-quality sound content across all formats on Pocket FM.

You will actively engage with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios both in-house and outsourced to work on sound designs and optimize production quality, creating immersive and compelling audio content.

The successful candidate will combine a strong passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook.

• Lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create high-quality shows that engage listeners and maximize retention across all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.).
• Manage the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions, coordinating with sound engineers, and post-production.
• Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
• Oversee sound design, production processes, and final output.
• Require 8+ years of related work experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Command over French (native) & English (fluent).
• Audio work background is a plus.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about audio production, with ideas for innovation and creating hit shows.

Location: Anywhere in France (Remote Working)

Contract Duration: 6 months
