Le candidat idéal aura une expérience significative en gestion de production, un esprit novateur, ainsi qu'une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. Le poste est avec un contrat de 6 mois et est 100% remote en France.

Qualifications

• 8+ années d'expérience en production TV, contenu ou audio.
• Connaissance de la production audio souhaitée.
• Passion pour l'innovation et narration audio.

Responsabilités

• Diriger une équipe de producteurs pour créer des émissions engageantes.
• Gérer les horaires de production et superviser les sessions d'enregistrement.
• Optimiser la qualité de production pour une expérience immersive.

Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The manager will engage with internal teams, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios to work on sound design and optimize production quality for an immersive experience. The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data, to define the audio production strategy and playbook.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention at all stages, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound design, editing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows. The role requires 8+ years of experience in TV, content, or audio production, and fluency in French (native) and English. An audio work background is a plus. The position is remote anywhere in France, on a 6-month contract.
