Production Manager - France

At its core, the Production Manager’s role is grounded in partnering with voice-over talent, studios, and sound engineers in the target market to produce high-quality audio content across all formats on Pocket FM. The role involves engaging with the internal production team, VO talent, sound engineers, and studios (both in-house and outsourced) to work on sound design and optimize production quality to create immersive audio experiences.

The successful candidate will combine a passion for entertainment and audio storytelling with curiosity for innovation and data to define the audio production strategy. Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention at various stages, managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineering, post-production, and final output.

Requirements include over 8 years of experience in TV, content, or audio production, fluency in French (native) and English, and a passion for audio production with ideas for innovation. This is a remote position based anywhere in France, with a 6-month contract.
