Your responsibilities

• Supervise the manufacturing unit under your responsibility to ensure the production of compliant products within the planned deadlines, at the best cost, and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage the teams of your manufacturing unit.
• Lead product and process improvement working groups in your area.
• Apply, promote, and ensure compliance with internal regulations and the Quality, Safety, and Environmental system.
• Ensure the production flow from supply to delivery.
• Act as the internal coordinator for the efficiency of your area's activities.
• Define work organization in collaboration with your teams.
• Guarantee quality at each stage of the manufacturing process and release products that meet customer requirements.
• Analyze and study the performance of your area.
• Serve as the point of contact for your activity with the sales department.
• Maintain technical and technological awareness.
• Support the development of your team members, particularly through training and salary progression.
• Express your needs and actively participate in recruiting your team.

Candidate profile

We are seeking a candidate with a degree ranging from Associate to Master's level in industrial or management fields, or with equivalent professional experience.

The candidate must possess the following technical skills:

• Strong knowledge in mechanical engineering and/or production management.
• Proficiency in computer tools.
• Ability to use the ERP functions necessary for the activity.
