Usines CLAAS France S.A.S. in Woippy seeks a Product Unit Purchaser to join the purchasing team.

You will support Q-C-T target achievement and coordinate interfaces with Global Purchasing Organization, Quality Management, and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure timely APQP releases for developmental components. You will drive cost optimization for purchasing topics, manage tool costs, and contribute to supplier selection with target costing.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in engineering or business fields.
• Experience in purchasing for developmental components is preferred.
• Knowledge of APQP and product development processes is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support Q-C-T target achievement for the dedicated Product Unit and purchasing processes.
• Coordinate PU Purchasing interfaces with Global Purchasing Organization, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering.
• Coordinate APQP releases for purchased developmental components.
• Coordinate early integration of purchasing and suppliers into CPDP and ensure timely costing.
• Budget and control tooling costs for purchased components.
• Drive Product Cost Optimization for purchasing topics and target cost achievement.
• Provide inputs to LoD for machines and drive cost driver analysis for supplier selection.
• Coordinate target costs for all critical components for supplier selection.
• Participate in Product Unit, Purchasing and CPDP committees.
