Job Description: Lighting Technical Product Engineer (M / F)

Based at the Bobigny site, our headquarters and R&D center for the Visibility Systems Pole (VIS), we develop high-performance lighting systems that support drivers and passengers in all weather conditions, day and night, enhancing their onboard experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure R&D deliverables for Bi-LED projects, supporting project success.
• Manage detailed scheduling and budgeting within your scope.
• Apply standards according to group policies; coordinate design activities aligned with economic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with trade standardization rules and justify exceptions when necessary.
• Deliver new standards as per project scope and organize all necessary design reviews.
• Represent R&D during client interactions, supervise patent filings, and communicate technical innovations.
• Manage interface with clients, translating their requests internally and reporting to project or R&D managers.
• Contribute to resource planning, establish activity breakdowns, and monitor progress and expenses to meet milestones and budgets.
• Manage R&D contributors, ensuring deliverables are complete and aligned with project needs.

Candidate Profile:

• Hold a 5-year degree in Mechanics or Electronics.
• Have at least 3 years of professional experience in product design, preferably in automotive or aeronautics sectors.
• Fluent in English.
• Be dynamic, proactive, pragmatic, and skilled in prioritization and diplomacy.
