Your Responsibilities and Missions

• Manage the INNO/DEMO equipment park and ensure the successful execution of Innovation, Engineering, and Application projects within the BU department.
• Maintain the high performance of the INNO/DEMO equipment park at UnitySC headquarters.
• Collaborate with engineering on upgrades, obsolescence, or CIP.
• Develop and test maintenance checklists for new systems with GTS & Engineering groups.
• Adapt and reconfigure the INNO/DEMO equipment park based on activity needs.
• Assist users in conducting experiments with the INNO/DEMO equipment park.
• Perform measurements for untrained users and external services (Operations, Sales, etc.).
• Act as a trainer for internal users from other departments such as Customer Services or Operations.
• Update and enhance documentation related to laboratory equipment, ensuring accessibility and clarity.
• Coordinate the transversal and virtual New Product Introduction (NPI) team.
• Support customers in the field as the 3rd level escalation point in collaboration with GTS & Engineering groups.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Engineer with BS/MSc or equivalent, with strong knowledge in optics and electrical engineering, and at least 5 years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel.
