Edmund Optics Europe is seeking a technically oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Lyon team. You will provide technical assistance, product recommendations, and collaborate with global teams on marketing initiatives and demos.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, fluency in French and English, and strong communication skills. Office-based position with one day per week of mobile working available, located in Lyon, France.
