What will this role involve?

  • Responsible for meeting a Revenue and Profit target for assigned territory / region on an annual basis.
  • Driving revenue through the end user (Surgeon / specialist) creating brand equity for value-based selling.
  • Establishment and development of key KOL relationships within the areas of responsibility.
  • Advise on local market pricing and tender strategy.
  • Assisting in launches of new products / technologies.
  • Clinical studies / marketing evaluations maintenance and creation.
  • Providing high level support to direct and B2B teams.
  • Global travel up to 25-30% mostly.
  • Home Office based.

What we're looking for?

  • Previous relevant experience in surgically assisted cases.
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies.
  • Knowledge of Hernia / Bariatric / Colorectal is highly recommended.
  • O.R. Sales Experience is REQUIRED.
  • Clinical customer management experience.
  • Lingual Skills- Fluent French and English essential.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to write and deliver training courses and materials.
  • Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be pro-active, with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation.
