Qualifications

Your Mission

The Technical Product Manager will support customers and the sales team by leading training initiatives, approving complex contracts, promoting LONGi's products at fairs and exhibitions, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge across the organization.

  1. Support customers & sales teams by leading training sessions, promoting LONGi and its products, building product knowledge, and establishing excellent communication with customers.
  2. Provide detailed technical support to customers and the sales team, focusing on the utility business in the France Region.
  3. Visit customers to offer technical guidance on technology and new product offerings.
  4. Conduct online and face-to-face meetings with clients' technical departments for clarifications regarding technology, installation features, and solutions.
  5. Assist in managing the product support structure within the region and contribute technical input to customer service contracts.
  6. Analyze customer feedback on new products and communicate insights to the internal product development team for improvements.
  7. Create regional-specific product promotion materials.
  8. Champion quality and safety initiatives among service teams.
  9. Support post-sales activities in case of claims.
  10. Exhibit good communication skills; comfortable delivering technical and marketing speeches at conferences, trade shows, and customer training sessions.
  11. Possess a fundamental understanding of PV ingot / wafer / cell / module manufacturing technology, with preferred knowledge of system integration basics.
  12. Experience working in distributor or EPC companies, understanding industry dynamics.
  13. Experience in contract negotiations, pre-shipment QA/QC, and post-delivery claims.
  14. Proficiency in Chinese, English, and French is a plus.
  15. Hold a science or engineering degree with 5-8 years of experience in electronics and/or photovoltaic industry.
  16. Willing and able to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.
