As a QA Engineer at PayXpert, you will ensure the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing. You'll design and execute test cases, identify and track bugs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate new features and prevent regressions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan, design, and write automated tests for new and key existing features on the different components of the Payment solution
  • Be the voice of the users, helping the product and engineering teams to improve their experience constantly
  • Planning, prioritization, and supervision of test phases on several projects in parallel
  • Creation of detailed, exhaustive, and structured test plans and files
  • Estimation, prioritization, planning, and coordination of the testing activities of the quality on internal software solutions
  • Validation of software versions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT sector
  • Seniority in software manual testing, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment processing environments
  • Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g.,)
  • Experience in testing APIs, databases, and web/mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • ISTQB Foundation Level certification (required); Advanced Level or other testing certifications are a plus
