As a QA Engineer at PayXpert, you will ensure the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing. Your responsibilities include:

1. Designing and executing test cases
2. Identifying and tracking bugs
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate new features and prevent regressions
4. Planning, designing, and writing automated tests for new and existing features
5. Representing the voice of the users to improve product and engineering experience
6. Planning, prioritizing, and supervising test phases across multiple projects
7. Creating detailed, structured test plans and documentation
8. Estimating, prioritizing, and coordinating testing activities
9. Validating software versions

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Experience in manual testing, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment processing
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test automation tools
• Experience testing APIs, databases, web and mobile applications
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (required); advanced certifications are a plus
