Working fully remotely, we emphasize flexibility and strong communication to maintain consistency across projects and teams. Our role extends beyond test execution — we contribute to test strategies, process improvements, and documentation, always prioritizing quality and user experience.

As a QA Engineer at PayXpert, your responsibilities include ensuring the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing, designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate features and prevent regressions. You will also plan, design, and write automated tests for key features, and help improve user experience based on your testing insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing and executing manual and automated test cases for various components.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve features and user experience.
• Planning, prioritizing, and supervising testing phases across multiple projects.
• Creating detailed test plans and documentation.
• Estimating, prioritizing, and coordinating testing activities.
• Validating software versions and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in manual testing, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment processing environments.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools and testing APIs, databases, web/mobile applications.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (required); advanced certifications are a plus.
