As a QA Engineer at PayXpert, you will ensure the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing. Your responsibilities include:

1. Designing and executing test cases, identifying and tracking bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate new features and prevent regressions.
2. Planning, designing, and writing automated tests for new and existing features across different components of the payment solution.
3. Representing the voice of the user to help improve product and engineering team experiences.
4. Planning, prioritizing, and supervising test phases across multiple projects.
5. Creating detailed, exhaustive, and structured test plans and documentation.
6. Estimating, prioritizing, and coordinating testing activities to ensure quality of internal software solutions.
7. Validating software versions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in manual testing, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment processing environments.
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools.
• Experience testing APIs, databases, and web/mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (required); advanced certifications are a plus.
