If you're someone who enjoys digging into the details, thinking critically, and helping build solid, reliable products, you’ll feel right at home here. As a QA Engineer at PayXpert, you will ensure the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing. You'll design and execute test cases, identify and track bugs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate new features and prevent regressions.
Responsibilities include planning, designing, and writing automated tests for new and existing features across different components of the payment solution. You will act as the voice of the users, helping the product and engineering teams improve their experience continuously. You will plan, prioritize, and supervise test phases on multiple projects simultaneously. You will create detailed, exhaustive, and structured test plans and files. You will estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to ensure quality in internal software solutions. You will validate software versions.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, seniority in manual testing (preferably in fintech, banking, or payment processing environments), solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, experience with test automation tools, testing APIs, databases, web/mobile applications, and a strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. ISTQB Foundation Level certification is required; advanced certifications are a plus.
