As a QA Engineer at PayXpert, you will ensure the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing. You'll design and execute test cases, identify and track bugs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate new features and prevent regressions. Your responsibilities include planning, designing, and writing automated tests for new and existing features across different components of the payment solutions. You will serve as the voice of the users, helping the product and engineering teams improve their experience continuously. You will plan, prioritize, and supervise test phases across multiple projects, and create detailed, exhaustive, and structured test plans and documentation. You will estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to ensure quality of internal software solutions. Validation of software versions is also part of your role. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in the IT sector, seniority in manual testing—preferably in fintech, banking, or payment processing environments—solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, experience with test automation tools, testing APIs, databases, web/mobile applications, and a strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. ISTQB Foundation Level certification is required; advanced certifications are a plus.
