As a QA Engineer at PayXpert, you will ensure the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing. You'll design and execute test cases, identify and track bugs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate new features and prevent regressions. Responsibilities include planning, designing, and writing automated tests for new and key existing features across different components of the payment solution. You will be the voice of the users, helping the product and engineering teams to improve their experience constantly. You will plan, prioritize, and supervise testing phases on several projects in parallel. You will create detailed, exhaustive, and structured test plans and files. Your tasks will include estimation, prioritization, planning, and coordination of testing activities to ensure quality on internal software solutions. You will validate software versions. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in IT, seniority in software manual testing (preferably in fintech, banking, or payment processing environments), solid knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, experience with test automation tools, testing APIs, databases, web/mobile applications, understanding of SDLC and Agile, ISTQB Foundation Level certification, and additional certifications are a plus.
