As a QA Engineer at PayXpert, you will ensure the quality and security of our payment solutions through manual testing. You'll design and execute test cases, identify and track bugs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate new features and prevent regressions.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Planning, designing, and writing automated tests for new and key existing features across different components of the Payment solution.
  2. Being the voice of the users, helping the product and engineering teams to improve their experience constantly.
  3. Planning, prioritization, and supervision of test phases on several projects in parallel.
  4. Creating detailed, exhaustive, and structured test plans and files.
  5. Estimation, prioritization, planning, and coordination of testing activities for internal software solutions.
  6. Validation of software versions.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT sector.
  • Seniority in software manual testing, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment processing environments.
  • Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with test automation tools and testing APIs, databases, web/mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • ISTQB Foundation Level certification (required); Advanced Level or other testing certifications are a plus.
