In this home-office based, and highly responsible role of Product Project Manager EuMEA, you’ll be integral to the success of our regional Product Project Management team of 6 people, while reporting to the Lead of our Product Project Management for Europe. Product Project Management is responsible for the Portfolio Lifecycle Management of his/her product portfolio of cereal herbicides across Europe, Africa & Mid-East. The Product Project Manager will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing the portfolio of existing products to optimize profit and to develop new product offers. A major focus is to manage the pipeline by identifying growth opportunities based on strategic molecules and new formulations in cooperation with other departments like regulatory, supply chain, sales, commercial, etc.

How You’ll Help Us Grow?

• Manage the existing products to achieve our targets to budget:
  • Pricing, product positioning, support marketing in product launches, guidance for demand planning.
• Development:
  • Define the elements of the portfolio development for his/her product categories.
  • Set up the development projects with 3rd parties in close cooperation with 3rd Party Manager.
  • Lead Project Management: Accountable for project management of development projects (manage project teams).
• Accountability for molecule strategy to achieve strategic targets:
  • Develop and execute strategy, to drive the organic growth, profitability, and future development.
  • Ensure that the relevant molecules are constantly tracked for any business risks and define measurements if required.
