Reporting directly to the group CTO, the Modern Workplace domain includes major teams: Digital Workplace Services and Endpoint Services. Unified Communication & Workspace Management is part of the Digital Workplace team.

What a day in the life of the Workplace Infrastructure team looks like:

As Product Owner of Unified Communication and Workspace Management, you will be responsible for shaping the future of key Digital Workplace services. Our aim is to evolve our workplace services ecosystem into a comprehensive platform tailored to L'Oréal's needs, facilitating hybrid work, enhancing employee wellbeing, providing measurable KPIs, promoting real-time collaboration, and improving the overall employee experience.

The challenges you will meet:

  • Defining and ensuring compliance with group standards for a global company with over 100,000 employees.
  • Balancing standardization with regional and business-specific needs across diverse métiers.
  • Ensuring security, data privacy, and sustainability requirements are met.

You will be the global point of contact for topics related to Product Management - Unified Communication and Workspace, including:

Main services: Teams chat, Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, Teams App management, Sensors for Offices, Building Operating Systems (BOS).

Primary Tasks:

  • Monitor industry trends and technologies, identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Employee Experience teams to understand internal customer needs.
  • Develop deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and use cases to create user-centric features.
  • Work with Corporate, Real Estate, and Sustainability teams to understand building needs.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Define the services roadmap:

  • Assess and challenge customer requests considering security, privacy, sustainability, and financial aspects.
  • Prioritize requests, develop action plans, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain the evolution roadmap for each service.

Standardize services:

  • Qualify solutions to enrich the service catalog and ensure standards are applied.

Organize with agility:

  • Manage backlogs, organize team activities, identify risks, and define mitigation plans.
  • Communicate progress, unlock roadblocks, define key contacts, and implement monitoring tools (KPIs, dashboards).
  • Promote services effectively and measure success.
