Product Owner Technique - Systèmes IT (H/F), France

Location: France

Position: Product Owner Technique - Systèmes IT

Christian Dior Couture's IT Department (DSI) is looking to hire a Product Owner for Systems. Reporting to the IT Systems Manager and part of the Operations & Integration domain within the O&I department, you will be responsible for defining the functionalities of the Systems product.

Your responsibilities include ensuring the processes, evolutions, and maintainability of your product within the infrastructure and application ecosystem. You will also maintain operational conditions of services and infrastructures managed by Christian Dior Couture, ensuring best practices in service continuity, performance, and security.

You will provide technical support for IT projects, prepare technical implementation and operational documentation, and participate in configuration management during scheduled operations. Additionally, you will assist and advise users and other IT department teams, and handle escalations (Level 3 tickets).

Requirements:

1. Higher education in engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
3. Proactive in evolving, securing, and establishing new infrastructure services.
4. Ability to understand client needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
5. Strong communication and project management skills to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
6. Customer-oriented service mindset with high standards for service levels.
7. Supportive of cross-team collaboration within the IT department.
8. Service-oriented, result-driven, proactive, curious, autonomous, and rigorous.
9. Proficiency in English and French writing skills.
10. Experience with Cloud environments (Azure, GCP, Aliyun) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
11. Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure (storage, backup).
12. Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA), infrastructure monitoring (Centreon), and security.
13. Proven experience in product management and project management.
14. Skills in needs analysis and technical specification writing.
15. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage backlogs.
16. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
17. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
18. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
