Mission :

Within the Product department, your missions will include:

• Identify and analyze user needs (clients, internal teams, partners).
• Collaborate closely with Design and Tech teams.
• Translate user needs into clear and actionable user stories for the development team.
• Prioritize features and improvements to maximize value for users.
• Maintain a clear and organized backlog reflecting user needs and product goals.
• Establish and validate clear acceptance criteria understood by all team members.
• Ensure smooth communication with stakeholders, including legal teams, to guarantee functional and regulatory compliance.
• Document key points discussed during stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications :

Higher education (BAC+5) in business school, engineering school, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in banking or insurance sectors.

Your transversal skills include:

• Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate development teams, making informed decisions to steer product strategy.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Project management: Ability to plan, organize, and monitor projects, managing risks and adapting to changes.
• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and foster trust.
• Agile methodologies: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile practices.
• Product methodology: Knowledge of Lean Startup, Design Thinking, and User-Centered Design approaches.
• Customer orientation: Ability to understand and incorporate user needs into product development.
