We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Core Finance Team. They will be part of our SAP Center of Competence, focusing on providing excellent service and experience to our Finance department.

The primary objective is to ensure accurate and timely accounting processes, maintaining high data quality for reliable reporting and effective decision-making.

TASKS

1. Define the strategy and vision for the product from both business and technical perspectives.
2. Translate the product vision into concrete services and tools, prioritize them in collaboration with stakeholders based on business value.
3. Work collaboratively within an agile environment, engaging with both the product and business teams.
4. Develop the product roadmap and objectives aligned with company goals, and measure performance and team achievements regularly.
5. Write user stories, monitor task progress, and ensure team members have the necessary resources to deliver on time, within quality standards, and on budget.

MUST HAVE Skills

1. BSc degree in Engineering or Finance.
2. Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or SAP Consultant.
3. Experience in roadmap planning and vision setting.
4. Knowledge of Finance, including Accounting, Payables, Receivables, and Treasury.
5. Strong SAP knowledge, especially FI-CO, SD, and MM modules.
6. Experience managing product backlogs and prioritization.
7. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
8. Ability to work across teams, leveraging dependencies for synergy.
9. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
10. Ability to manage end-to-end flows within the finance ecosystem.

NICE TO HAVE Skills

1. Knowledge of JIRA.
2. Experience with Treasury tools like AMB.
3. Familiarity with analytics tools and KPI monitoring.
4. Understanding of technical requirements and user design principles.
5. Knowledge of testing processes.
