Kéoni Consulting in Paris is seeking a Product Owner for Quality & Continuous Improvement who combines data analysis, product management, and cross-functional leadership to enhance IT services for users.

You will build and prioritize the continuous improvement backlog, lead the squad through Agile rituals, and measure the impact of changes using KPIs and Lean methods. Occasional travel to sites is expected.

Proficiency with ServiceNow and Power BI and strong Excel skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar Product Owner/lead role.
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles.
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to lead working groups and leverage teamwork.
• ITIL knowledge is an asset.
• Occasional travel to different sites.

Responsabilités

• Own the Quality & Continuous Improvement backlog and prioritize work based on user value and impact.
• Lead Agile rituals and coordinate IT, business, support, and engineering contributors.
• Define KPIs, monitor improvements, and present analyses to steering committees.
• Detect weak signals from user data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
