ENTER THE GAME

As a Product Owner Gamification, you will join the Enrich Poker team to define and implement the promotional & gamification strategy of the poker product.

Your main mission is to deliver engaging and innovative gamification mechanics integrated into our gaming experience.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

Your key responsibilities include:

• Contributing to the promotional strategy and developing gamification mechanics tailored to different player profiles
• Writing user stories, ensuring compliance, monitoring development, and validating within deadlines
• Prioritizing backlog, planning sprints, and following agile practices
• Ensuring product quality, maintaining documentation, and conducting functional analysis
• Monitoring KPIs, implementing A/B testing, and collaborating with Data Science for insights
• Collaborating daily with IT, Design, Data, Marketing, Customer Service, and Compliance teams

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We seek passionate, curious professionals with enthusiasm and a touch of quirkiness. You should have:

• A degree from an Engineering or Business School (Master's or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a B2C mobile-first environment
• Strong skills in agile methodologies and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset
• Comfort with both front-end and back-end topics, creating value for users
• Fluent English language skills

RECRUITMENT STEPS

Shortlisted candidates will undergo an HR screening, AssessFirst test, case study presentation, interviews with managers, and a final HR review. The process takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
