• Background in marketplaces or discovery platforms.

• Ability to prioritize and deliver product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-purchase customer journey: end-to-end responsibility for paying customers’ experience and activation.
• Optimize matching and recommendation relevance to ensure a healthy option flow.
• Increase meaningful engagement and improve first-week quality of matches.
• Drive conversation activation via gamification, nudges, and reminders.
• Leverage segmentation and personalization to improve recommendations.
• Identify product growth opportunities from metrics, feedback, and research.
• Define hypotheses and requirements with clear success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML specialists.
• Run experiments (A/B tests) and measure results to iterate on initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience.
