Neev in Paris seeks an experienced Product Owner/Manager to drive vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products. You will work with business stakeholders, engineering, UX, and cross-functional partners to define roadmaps, prioritize requirements, and deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will own the product backlog, lead Agile ceremonies, translate business needs into clear user stories, monitor KPIs, and collaborate to continuously improve product

• Experience as Product Owner/Manager in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

• Experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced env.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/Business or related field.
• Product certifications CSPO/PSPO/SAFe preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.
• Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Knowledge of API-driven platforms, cloud technologies, and digital products.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or Figma.
• Familiarity with data analytics and product metrics.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Product certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager are preferred.
