You will work closely with stakeholders, engineering, UX, and teams to define roadmaps, prioritize requirements, and deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include owning the product backlog, leading Agile ceremonies, and translating business needs into actionable user stories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner/PM in tech or digital products.
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into stories and requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, UX designers, and cross-functional partners to define product roadmaps, prioritize requirements, and deliver customer-centric solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.
• Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify opportunities and product enhancements.
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritization frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to create user stories, process flows, and business requirements documents.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Knowledge of API-driven platforms, cloud technologies, and digital products.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or Figma.
• Familiarity with data analytics and product metrics.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Product certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager are preferred.
