A leading engineering school in Normandy is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development of a conversational agent project. The role requires strong experience in product management and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and a solid understanding of agile methodologies, as well as skills in NLP. What we offer:
As part of the EulCat project (subject to FEDER/Normandy Region funding), you will contribute, within the LITIS lab, to the development of a conversational agent about Normandy, intended for public use and in collaboration with project partners. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in its implementation, with the following responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision and roadmap
  • Align objectives with stakeholders
  • Prioritize features and maintain a clear, structured backlog

Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with developers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, etc.

User Experience:

  • Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve the product

Monitoring & Performance:

  • Define and track KPIs and leverage usage data

Security & Compliance:

  • Ensure security (e.g., prompt injection, GDPR) and work with legal experts
  • Stay up to date with AI and conversational agent trends
  • Propose innovative improvements
