The context :
You will work on the development of iControl, a CMA CGM tool to centralize rules (from Legal’s, country-specificities, or CMA CGM group’s policies to customer preferences).
This product is already used by almost all CMA CGM departments to create specific rules to manage risks and exceptions (Ethics and Compliance, Documentation, Credit Management, Lines, etc.).
The tool is integrated today with LARA, iBook, and e-commerce and will be extended to major business applications (Logistics, DDSM, E-commerce, D2D, etc.).
The goal is to be the unique referential on process exceptions across all transactional processes and to interface the tools accordingly, managed by an experienced expert.
