The context :

You will work on the development of iControl, a CMA CGM tool to centralize rules (from Legal’s, country-specificities, or CMA CGM group’s policies to customer preferences).
This product is already used by almost all CMA CGM departments to create specific rules to manage risks and exceptions (Ethics and Compliance, Documentation, Credit Management, Lines, etc.).
The tool is integrated today with LARA, iBook, and e-commerce and will be extended to major business applications (Logistics, DDSM, E-commerce, D2D, etc.).
The goal is to be the unique referential on process exceptions across all transactional processes and to interface the tools accordingly, managed by an experienced expert.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Improve the tool in terms of functionality and new technology.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on business and non-functional requirements, ensuring they are well documented.
  • Lead discussions with IT architects to identify suitable solutions, scope, and timelines.
  • Perform analysis, create functional documentation, conduct testing, and support deployment.
  • Maintain proactive communication and provide status updates to the department and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective support and issue resolution for business users within agreed service levels, working with relevant teams.
  • Manage the links between the iControl tool and IT applications such as LARA, eCommerce, iBook, Nova, etc.
  • Coordinate with IT to respect scope and timelines, ensuring quality delivery.
  • Possess good knowledge of the software development lifecycle and the components of information systems: application layers, databases, data flows, and infrastructure.
  • Stay updated with new technologies, workflow tools, and iControl enhancements, which will be an added value.
  • Experience of 10 years in shipping, pricing, logistics, or related industries will be advantageous.
