Description du poste

The EasyLiner Product Owner is responsible for managing and developing the tools dedicated to the EasyLiner credit insurance offer, including presales portals and backoffice tools. The role involves ensuring quality, coordinating updates, providing user support, and collaborating across departments and internationally (Group / Coface Entities). You will work closely with the Product Manager in charge of the offer and with the IT team dedicated to the tools.

You will belong to the TCI Clients Interfaces team within the Group Marketing Department.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks :

1. Technical Issues and Quality Management :
   • Identify and resolve technical issues related to EasyLiner portals.
   • Ensure the quality of updates and necessary configurations on EasyLiner portals.
2. Product Updates Implementation :
   • Define requirements, prioritize, test, and follow up / resolve bugs.
   • Implement documentation on EasyLiner portals (contracts, NBI, buyer study, etc.).
3. User Support and Training :
   • Provide documentation related to updates or technical specifics of EasyLiner portals.
   • Manage demonstrations and presentation sessions of EasyLiner portals to various audiences (partners, local marketing teams, etc.).
4. Interdepartmental and International Collaboration :
   • Work closely with various teams/functions (local marketing, product management, business technology, partnership, compliance, commercial, etc.).
   • Participate in HQ project meetings to discuss decisions and alignments concerning the EasyLiner offer.
   • Coorganize and lead monthly EasyLiner Champion Calls with local marketing and commercial contacts to share updates and track progress.

Qualifications and Personal Qualities :

• Proven experience as a Product Owner (5-7 years).
• Good communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
• Team spirit and collaboration skills.
• Proactivity and autonomy.
