Role Overview

Within the Corporate Digital Finance department, the Product Owner manages the full lifecycle of the ERP application from both financial and functional perspectives. This includes overseeing the application’s operation and development, whether handled internally or outsourced. The Product Owner acts as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Run:
  • Maintain the core solution, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage issue resolution, follow-up, and monthly closing activities.
  • Oversee hosting, support, and third-party vendor contracts.
  • Prioritize and refine the backlog regularly.
  • Ensure platform security and compliance (GDPR, Privacy Policy).
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and provide weekly reports to the Finance Community Lead.
Build:
  • Develop and execute a technical and product roadmap aligned with business needs.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage a team of experts and developers, setting objectives and ensuring quality delivery.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach to architecture, design, and coding when necessary.
  • Oversee the full product development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and integrate best practices into system design.
  • Define a scalable, high-performance, and sustainable solution roadmap.
Management and Reporting:
  • Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues and identify potential risks proactively.
Qualifications

Are you:

  • Holder of a degree from an engineering or business school?
  • Having 7 to 10 years of proven experience?
  • Experienced in managing applications supporting accounting and financial operations?
  • Familiar with IT processes such as incident, problem, and change management?
  • Experienced in leading application teams and familiar with ServiceNow?
Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Delivery-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite for Finance and solid financial expertise.
