CMA CGM is seeking a Lead Product Owner to guide a portfolio of digital tools within the Lines Ops Transformation program. You will lead workshops, translate business needs into user stories, and oversee backlog and delivery within budget constraints.

Qualifications

Leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Fluency in French and English; able to lead meetings in both languages.
Ability to prioritise, analyse data, and identify issues early.
Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile development processes.
Background in shipping or CMA CGM domain is a plus.

Responsabilités

Collect and prioritise business needs; translate into features and user stories.
Manage product backlog; define acceptance criteria and ensure business sign-off.
Lead workshops with development teams to communicate objectives and scope.
Oversee IT solutions within budget constraints and validate functional specs.
Monitor product progress and ensure alignment with quality and data standards.
Coordinate tests, UAT strategy, and measure delivery quality across stages.
Support Change Management for rollout, training, and stakeholder communication.
Track tool adoption and business value via KPIs; report status updates.
