THE ROLE

Within the Lines Transformation Department, you will play a key role in the design, development, and adoption of data and AI tools for the commercial lines. Your priority will be the Line Monitoring Tool (LMT), a strategic tool that uses data to support the decision-making process of the commercial lines. At the crossroads of product and business/data analysis functions, you will be the interface between business lines, IT teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring the relevance, quality, and impact of the solutions deployed.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
  1. Product management (Product Owner)
  2. • Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog in line with strategic objectives.
  3. • Write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  4. • Ensure the delivery of high value-added features, on time and with high quality.
  1. Collaboration and adoption
  2. • Be the primary point of contact between business and technical teams.
  3. • Support end users: training, documentation, functional support.
  4. • Monitor and promote the adoption of tools by sales teams.
  1. Business and data analysis
  2. • Collect and analyze business needs, particularly in the areas of pricing and cargo flow.
  3. • Perform data analysis using SQL and BI tools.
  4. • Automate processes and produce high value-added analyses using Excel and other tools.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
  • Good understanding of the Lines business (pricing, cargo flow, commercial strategy).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, macros, pivot tables).
  • Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with information systems and BI tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
