The Society

Their team possesses a blend of operational, medical, scientific, and financial expertise, enabling them to serve as strategic and financial partners to healthcare businesses. They have a strong focus on various sectors, including Biopharma Products, Consumer Health, Healthcare IT, In Vitro Diagnostics, Life Science Tools & Biologic Services, MedTech, and Pharma Services. The Society plays a pivotal role in assisting their partners in expanding internationally, acquiring new assets, driving innovation, and broadening their product and service portfolios. They oversee a significant portfolio of several billion distributed across various funds, with the notable achievement of having raised the largest healthcare-exclusive private equity fund among European-based General Partners.

The job

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze requirements and align the product roadmap with strategic objectives.
  • Take ownership of the product roadmap and oversee its development.
  • Define the scope and create backlog items (epics/features/user stories) to guide the Agile software development team.
  • Address product-related challenges, make informed decisions, and conduct trade-off analyses to ensure alignment with business commitments.
  • Articulate key objectives and strategies, leveraging data for informed business decision-making.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
  • Take accountability for the created product(s), ensuring delivery within the established product model, and effectively communicate product needs to business partners.
  • Evaluate value, build cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure alignment with product strategy.
  • Develop and manage a well-prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the product both internally and externally, acting as the primary point of contact for product-related queries.
  • Create detailed specifications for product features to facilitate clear understanding by development teams.

Enhance comprehension of Agile practices, Lean Startup principles, new technology opportunities, and emerging trends.

Your profile

  • Possess 3 to 5 years of significant product management experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, with a mandatory minimum of 1 year in 365 Dynamics marketing, sales, or Viva solutions.
  • Demonstrate creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience in finance, particularly with VC or PE companies, is a plus.
  • Effective management of stakeholders and their expectations.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for developing relationships with team members and customers.
  • Expertise in defining and managing product roadmaps.
  • Analytical and problem-solving proficiency.
  • Be fully fluent in English.

Salary & benefits

  • 45K to 55K depending on experience.
