Stryker is seeking a Product Owner to join an international team focusing on medical device software for image-guided procedures. You will transform clinical needs into software features, drive AI/vision-based components, and manage backlogs within an Agile framework.

Fluency in French and English is required, and prior experience in regulated software development is valued. The role is based in France and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 2+ years in software product ownership, software engineering, systems engineering, or related role; medical tech experience is a plus.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience with AI, deep learning, or computer vision is a plus.
• Experience in regulated environments and familiarity with GitLab, Docker, VS Code, or Bash.

Responsabilités

• Act as Product Owner in an Agile team developing medical device software based on image processing algorithms.
• Lead AI/Computer Vision software components with deep learning for automated image-guided workflows.
• Manage the software backlog, plan iterations, and set development priorities.
• Collaborate with testing, PMO, QA, security, and regulatory teams.
• Plan, govern, and communicate releases and features to stakeholders and leaders.
