ARCHIMED is seeking a Product Owner to lead AI initiatives within its Information Systems Department (ISD) in Lyon, driving product strategy, backlog, and adoption across business lines. You will bridge technical and business stakeholders, translate needs into actionable requirements and guide AI tool deployments with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Product Owner or Product Manager, with at least one significant AI or data-driven product deployment.
• Solid understanding of AI, data pipelines and modern development methodologies & technologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate on defining the product vision and roadmap for AI initiatives, in close alignment with firm priorities.
• Translate & challenge business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Own, prioritize and continuously refine the product backlog in collaboration with business & development teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, gathering needs, managing expectations and driving adoption.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI/ML trends, tools and best practices relevant to company’s needs.
