Le candidat idéal aura entre 7 et 10 ans d'expérience, notamment en gestion de produits dans les secteurs du logiciel ou bancaire, avec une connaissance approfondie du paysage SaaS. Le rôle implique la gestion d'un backlog de demandes, la collaboration avec les parties prenantes et la participation à des réunions de sprint. Un diplôme d’ingénieur ou en informatique est requis, ainsi qu'une maîtrise de l'anglais, et le français est un plus.

Your Team
The SaaS Technical Factory team is responsible for building and delivering the technical platform and services required to deploy , operate , and monitor the Murex SaaS in a scalable, secure, and cost-effective manner. Our mission is to translate business needs into technical solutions leveraging relevant technologies, and ensure all technical engagements are delivered on time, budget, and quality throughout the lifecycle of our SaaS clients .
Your Role
As a Product Owner in SAAS y ou will contribute to the continuous evolution and improvement of our technical services . You will manage a backlog of incoming requests including the feedback from production , collaborate with different stakeholders and subject matter experts to groom and prioritize the backlog, plan the execution strategy, secure the required execution staffing , and follow-up the execution until delivery .
Responsible for writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories and ensuring the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all
Determine the order in which the backlog items should be tackled based on business value, dependencies, and stakeholder needs
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements
Act as the primary communicator between stakeholders and the experts, ensuring that everyone is aligned on goals and priorities
Participate in sprint planning meetings to help the team understand the priorities and the requirements of the backlog items
Understand the team’s capacity for upcoming sprints, taking into account vacations, training, and other commitments
Attend sprint reviews to provide feedback on the product increments and ensure that they meet the acceptance criteria
Review and accept or reject completed work to ensure it meets the required quality standards and delivers value
